VGed (The Windows GEDCOM Validator)

Validates your GEDCOM file to see if it meets the GEDCOM standards. It lists warning messages to a file or the screen, builds a database of GEDCOM records, and then optionally saves the resulting database back to a file for comparison. There is also an online version and a DOS-based version called VGedX.
